Cancellation and Refund

In the event that the photo purchased are not to the satisfaction i.e. photo(s) are not in the expected resolution or clarity, you may request for a refund by emailing to asiana@asiana.my with the PhotoID stated in your purchase invoice and the reason for the refund request. Asiana will process the refund within 3 working days for any valid refund request.
